Good evening all,
My name is Daniel Napier. I run a small gun shop near Zanesfield Ohio. I just received notice that the ATF is no longer enforcing the requirements for individuals to apply and receive ATF approval before making or transferring SBR, SBS, suppressors, and other weapons. With this Ohio law still classifies them as dangerous ordinance and makes them illegal. We can continue to process NFA form 4 applications costing our government money to staff people with no payment or we can change our states laws.
It seems like our government wastes a lot of money these days and this is another simple waste that could be changed quickly. I ask all of you to consider this change to be applied quickly to avoid any further cost to our government system. I don’t care what party you are but we all need to come together and stop wasting money or arguing about what is right or wrong.
