👀 We’ve been paying attention to one of the fastest-growing trends in fitness right now: HYROX.
If you’re not familiar, HYROX combines running with functional fitness movements like rowing, sled pushes, sled pulls, burpees, lunges, and more. It’s designed for everyday athletes and competitive fitness enthusiasts alike.
We’re considering adding a HYROX-focused training class at CrossFit Zachary and wanted to hear from YOU.
