Just want to make a shoutout to all the coaches out there instilling UNSHAKABLE CONFIDENCE into their athletes!

It’s easy to get caught up in the athletic part of our sport, the training and the results on the score sheet. But when I think back to what cheerleading taught me NOW as an adult, one of the biggest things I carry with me is true inner confidence that can not be manipulated or dimmed.

Our voices become our athletes internal dialogue as they grow up. When they’re faced with hardship, fear or doubt, the way we show up and encourage them translates into the way they will show up and encourage themselves. We are truly so lucky to get to spread our light to young people.

Comp season is around the corner. If you’re feeling down about the things that matter on the scoresheet right now, I encourage you to shift a little focus to the impact you’re making on your athletes that will last far beyond the years they wear a uniform.

Live out loud ✨ Love even louder 💗 and Lead with light ☀️
