There’s this feeling that’s truly unexplainable. It’s so good and so satisfying to know that your doing something for yourself, something that’s truly making you better. The stress disappears because your so focused on your goals and the endorphins take you to your highest point. Not many people experience this because It takes months of consistency to get to this but I promise it’s there if you can just make it over the mountain that’s in front of you. Keep pushing, don’t give up, anyone that’s every experienced it would tell you it’s worth the climb. So Keep climbing.
