Our first outdoor bootcamp begins tomorrow, 3/28 at 7pm. This will be held at the park behind Cibola High School. Classes will meet 4 days a week for 4 weeks.

While this bootcamp is not inside a gym anymore, we will still use the same equipment, while also running a bit more.

Our first outdoor bootcamp will be capped at 12 people. **Only 2 spots remain**

Classes consist of a mix of cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises.

Workouts are done as a group, but you aren't expected to keep up with anyone. If you are new, we will give you lighter weight or less reps. If you are experienced, we will challenge you in a positive way.

Workouts last 60 minutes and you go at your ability level and pace. You aren't forced to do anything you can't do yet. *This is a beginner friendly bootcamp.*
