Starting date: Monday Oct. 3rd

Times: 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm Monday thru Thursday and Saturday 12:00 to 2:00

Description of workout: Come enjoy a quick 15- 30 min. circuit style workout

Cost : Free ... donations gladly accepted ! Google: Dave " The Band Man" Schmitz to see his unique style of training. Let's get together as a community to have fun and lose some weight
