Hold band w/ 1 foot kick out with other. If NO band kick leg out and hold for 5seconds.

β˜† Weighted Pistol Squats: 😈 5 each leg b/c these are HARD. Especially when you have someone trying to push you over πŸ˜‚ (if unable to go all the way down practice doing this to a chair/ step) Feeling crazy then do 10 each leg!
