A Captain's innings :
OKC Strikers vs OKC Raiders is always a much awaited encounter. This time, OKC Strikers were put to bat and Raiders did a great job restricting their run rate till the 17th over.
When Raiders thought they had their game in control, Strikers Captain Sreeram Somanchi had other ideas. He scored an effortless 70* runs off just 34 balls to take Strikers to 250/6 in 35 overs.
Raiders chase did not start well when they lost 6 wickets for just 57 runs. Then Dr. Satish Ramanathan scored a fighting innings to guide the Raiders to 170/9 in 35 overs.
Overall, it was a great game to watch and Strikers came out with another win. As usual, in OKC Strikers fashion both teams posed for a post match picture while celebrating our one and only Anil Pillai 's 50th birthday!
