Hello friends!! This Fall I am only able to offer a 4 week Fall Camp that will run from October 3rd to October 29th. We will meet M/T/TH 6-7pm at Redstone. This will be a small group camp of potentially 5 ladies who want to commit to the month of fitness and Keto diet together, for amazing results!! I have some personal medical issues that will need to be taken care of in November, so I am only able to commit to this shorter session. Let me know if you want to call dibs on a spot!! Cost is $90 per week and can be paid weekly. This will include pre and post fitness evaluation, workouts, and meal planning for Keto Diet. Let's get back to it!!
