Way to show up and show out today y'all!! Proud of each one of you who showed up, some got PR'S, some did their first 5ks and some didn't die (aka me, Tiff 🤣🤣). I hope you all are proud of yourselves.

A few dates to look at for the month of Sept:

9/19- run club run (will figure out where when I can actually put 2 words together again 😜)
