Looking to improve your pull up game? 🧐

Try incorporating a resistance band like this to mimic a pull up assist machine. Without the actual weighted machine the band will allow for a greater range of motion to facilitate you towards improving your strength and successfully completing pull ups completely unassisted. Give it a try on your next back day and continue to improve your pull up skills! 💪

One of my favorite parts about being on the Five Star team is being able to work for amazing bosses and peers. The members of the gym inspired me to become a personal trainer. I enjoy being a personal trainer because I get to change lives by helping clients achieve their goals and better their health!
