43 members earned their spot in this month’s Committed Club! 💪

Showing up consistently isn’t always easy, but month after month this community continues to prove that results come from the work you put in when nobody is watching. Early alarms, busy schedules, tired days—you showed up anyway.

We’re incredibly proud of every member who stayed committed to their goals and made themselves a priority this month. The strength, confidence, and momentum you’re building extends far beyond the gym walls.

Congratulations to all 43 of our Committed Club finishers. Keep showing up, keep working hard, and keep chasing those goals. 🚀

Last night was one of those nights that reminds us that Foundation Fitness is about so much more than workouts.

A huge thank you to two of our amazing 8 AM members, Rich and Michelle, for hosting such an incredible Italian Night. From the homemade pasta and fresh bread to every thoughtful detail, it was a beautiful evening filled with laughter, stories, and great company.

As special as the food was, the people around the table were what made the night unforgettable.

It was also a chance for us to celebrate and spend time with Sarah before she begins her next adventure in Tennessee. While we’re going to miss seeing her in the gym, we’re so grateful for the years of memories, friendships, encouragement, and laughs we’ve shared together.

The greatest thing we’ve built at Foundation Fitness isn’t the gym itself—it’s the community. It’s the friendships that start during a workout and grow into dinners, celebrations, support systems, and lifelong connections.

Last night was a perfect reminder that when people walk through our doors, they’re not just joining a gym—they’re becoming part of something bigger.

Sarah, we’re going to miss you, and we’re so excited for this next chapter. Tennessee is lucky to have you. ❤️

Memorial Day Murph 2026 🇺🇸

So proud of every single person who showed up and put in the work today. We had so many new faces join us for their first Murph this year, and watching everyone push through together was what this community is all about.

Murph is more than just a workout. It’s done in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life serving our country in Afghanistan. Every Memorial Day, gyms around the country complete this workout to remember and honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Today was full of sweat, encouragement, struggle, laughs, and a whole lot of heart. Thank you to everyone who came out, supported each other, and took a moment to remember the meaning behind the day. ❤️🤍💙

42 members showed up and put in the work this month and we couldn’t be more proud of this crew. Consistency isn’t always easy, but these people kept showing up for themselves day after day.

We had 5 fewer than last month, but with summer right around the corner this is your little reminder that the work doesn’t stop when the weather gets warmer ☀️💪 The goals don’t magically happen — they’re built through consistency.

This cycle will be broken into 3 phases, all designed to help you build strength, improve form, and lift heavier week after week 🙌

Our main lifts this cycle:

• Bulgarian Split Squats
• Deadlifts
