Jim Costello's Baseball Training Baseball Craft training Lessons are given to all ages at all levels. I have worked with youth ages ranging from 7 yr olds through high school.

I have over 25 years of coaching and training experience with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to help take an athlete to the next level. I have also coached at the collegiate level as well as the professional level. My training gives the athlete basic knowledge of the game's skills as well as insight and drills to continue with their dreams and goals. Hope to see you soon!

It's winter and also a time to build on your craft.
Have you found creative ways to step up your game? One part of "getting better" is the flexibility regimen in throwing and taking power movements to an unexplored level. Trunk flexion comes to the forefront.
There are outstanding exercises that can promote power in throwing. In my program you don't need a gym membership. You're the CEO and leader of your "gym". You need time, creative thinking and enough space to work.
