Competition team tryouts begin in June. Rush Athletics is an established Competitive All-Star Cheerleading, Tumbling & Dance program since 2013. Named after "Gold Rush All-Stars" which owner Shawna Glenn first started in early 2000, and rebranded as "Rush Athletics" a few years later. Located in the heart of Siskiyou County right off of I-5. Rush offers an experienced & professional coaching and m

anagement staff that are trained and certified through the accredited US All Star Federation. Our extensive training and culture supports the development of every athlete’s cheerleading/dance and tumbling skills. We offer a safe encouraging environment while providing our athletes one on one attention to train, learn and perfect each skill. Rush has the foundation needed for every athlete to grow on an individual basis while nurturing the necessary life skills that will extend beyond the mat. While we instill both physical and mental strength, the true success of Rush Athletics program comes directly from our athletes, families and staff. Our core values of hard work, perseverance, accountability and commitment offer the fundamental structure to help your child’s confidence to become successful in education, physical fitness & social skills. Rush Athletics travels to competitions primarily on the West Coast, but we compete nationally as well. Our program creates life experiences to exciting new destinations every season. With athletes ranging from 3-18 years old, families within our program naturally become an extension of our family. Strong bonds tend to develop with staff, coaches and athletes that extend beyond the playing year of 18 into lifelong friendships. Please help us celebrate our Athlete of the Month, Mia! 💙⭐️

Mia is the definition of coachable, hardworking, and team-first. She may be one of the smallest athletes on the team, but don’t let that fool you, she is SO incredibly strong and brings 110% every single time she steps on the mat!

As a member of Showtime, Mia has stepped into the role of a strong leader and dependable backspot. She’s always willing to jump into whatever role the team needs, encourages her teammates, and leads through her actions. She’s quiet, focused, never a distraction, and truly lets her work speak for itself. 💪🏼

Her tumbling has absolutely taken off, and her determination and goal-driven mindset are taking her to new levels! 🚀 We are so proud of the progress she has made and the athlete she continues to become.

Mia is an exceptional rookie with BIG potential, and we can’t wait to see where this season takes her! 💙
