As a fitness professional just starting out, I’m taking a hit on my personal clientele and business. This is HARD, but thank God all my loved ones are healthy. Thank YOU ALL for your love and support. I’m taking this time to continue learning techniques and work on personal-growth. When things do finally go back to normal, I can’t wait to begin meeting with my clients again, and to keep perusing my passion of helping others better themselves. I understand the motivation level lowering after a month of home workouts. The bipolar Michigan weather not always being on our side for a change of scenery to get out for a walk or jog hasn’t helped. This, however, is not an excuse to be lazy and to give up on your goals. Trust me, I get it- this situation is not in anyway motivating... UNLESS you look at it differently.✨ Now is the time to work on something you haven’t been good at, to train for that 5k you’ve always wanted to do but have put off, to learn how to get good at pushups, to get your daily steps in, to jump rope or learn yoga. Personally, I’m taking time today to write out a schedule. I’m the kind of person that needs structure to function, I can’t lie- I’ve had days during this quarantine where I did nothing but Netflix all day 😅 I’m here because I’m just like you and because no one wants to hear our excuses when WE are the ONLY ones held accountable for our health and not reaching our goals. Here’s to quarantining and being healthy the right way 👏🏽
