Shelly is a Certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher who brings years of personal yoga experience and a genuine love for movement, mindfulness, and connection.

🌿 A little about Shelly:
Shelly has been practicing yoga for about 15 years! When she’s not on her mat, you can find her spending time with her two dogs, going to concerts, working in her garden, enjoying the outdoors, or traveling and experiencing new places. 🐾🌎🌱🎶

Danielle has been with me since I opened in May 2026 and a very dedicated student and wonderful mother with goals. She is currently in the process of completing her yoga teacher certification, and we’re so excited for you to be part of her journey. You are welcome into a supportive, judgment-free space.

Due to unexpected health issues, I have made the difficult decision to postpone tomorrow’s Wellness & Small Business Night.

This was not an easy choice, as I was so excited to bring our amazing vendors and community together. However, at this time, my health needs to come first so I can recover and return at my best.

I am incredibly grateful for everyone’s understanding, support, and encouragement. ❤️

✨ The event is not canceled—only postponed! ✨

A new date will be announced as soon as possible, and I can’t wait to celebrate our local small businesses with all of you once my health improves.

Today we’re celebrating someone truly special—Diane on reaching her 10th class at Sunshine Yoga Studio! 🌻🧘‍♀️

Diane is a beautiful reminder that age is just a number. Every time she steps onto her mat, she shows us that it’s never too late to invest in your health, find your strength, and continue growing. Her dedication, perseverance, and positive spirit inspire everyone around her.

We are so incredibly proud of you, Diane, and grateful to have you as part of our yoga family. Thank you for showing us that wellness has no age limit and that every class is another step toward becoming the best version of yourself.
