Registration for this year’s Pre-team tryout is now open! We welcome all girls ages 4-7 who are interested to register. The tryout will be on May 18th from 2-4pm and a $10 registration fee is required to hold your gymnast’s spot. To register, please visit:

We’d also like to give a massive congratulations to our Bronze and Silver state champions! Teagan, Harper, Alesia, Eden, and Peyton, we are so unbelievably proud of you and it has been a joy for us to see all the progress you’ve made this year. Amazing job!

Our Bronze and Silver gymnasts did a spectacular job at the recent North Carolina State Championships and a number of our athletes achieved top 5 finishes! Congratulations to all our top 5 finishers – we’re so proud of you and all the hard work you put in to have such a great meet!

Amazing job to all of our men’s gymnasts who competed at State Meet from March 8-10th! We’re so proud of all the hard work everyone has put in to prepare and improve throughout the season. Additionally, we want to give a special congratulations to Landon Farrell for placing 3rd on pommel horse, rings, vault, and parallel bars and to Jake, Joseph, Addison and Noah for qualifying for Regionals! Congratulations, boys!

Last weekend, both our men’s and women’s teams did a great job competing at GGI! Congratulations on a spectacular weekend – it doesn’t happen without an amazing amount of hard work and determination. We can’t wait to see what’s in store now for our girls at the Lucky Charm Invitational this week!

We also wanted to share a special story about an achievement one of our Bronze gymnasts made last weekend! Teagan has been working on her forward roll mount and finally got it last week during practice. Last weekend, she competed it and stayed on the beam! We’re absolutely thrilled for her.

The rest of the Bronze team also all stayed on the beam and had amazing improvements on vault. Great job, girls!

Amazing job to our entire team at the Legend of the Smokies last weekend! There were truly some great moments at this meet, and we’re so proud of all the the improvements our gymnasts have made and the work they’ve put in to get there.

We’re also unbelievably excited for our Silver and Gold teams who took home 3rd and 2nd in their sessions. Congratulations!

Both our men’s and women’s competitive teams had an amazing meet at the Winston Salem Invitational last weekend! We’re so proud of all of our gymnasts who competed and we want to congratulate our women’s team on having such a great first meet of the season. We can’t wait to see what else this season has in store!
