Join us for a deeply relaxing sound bath in honor of the summer solstice. This seasonal reset offers space to unwind, reflect, and recharge as we move into the fullness of summer. This offering begins with gentle movement and mindful stretching to release tension from the body, ease tight muscles, and prepare the nervous system for rest. From there, you’ll settle into stillness as the space fills with the calming tones of a sound bath.

Dress comfortably and bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, or anything else you need to totally relax. We also have mats, blankets and some bolsters at the studio you’re always welcome to use. Participants will then be guided through the practice of Yoga Nidra—a deeply restorative meditation that invites a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
