📣 STUNT CLASS WITH COACH MARISSA

Tuesdays | 5:15–6:00 PM

Stunting is one of the most challenging—and most rewarding—skill sets in cheerleading. And the best way to get better at it? More quality reps with expert, hands-on coaching.

Led by Coach Marissa, an expert UL cheerleader and coach, this class is built specifically for athletes who want to become stronger, smarter and more confident stunters.

All stunt positions are trained, and the majority of every class is spent actively stunting. The remaining time targets the physical skills that make great stunting possible:

• Strength & body control
• Flexibility
• Balance
• Coordination
• Stunt technique & timing

Whether you’re a flyer, base or backspot, you’ll get hands-on training and focused repetitions in the skill set cheerleaders need to become more capable, versatile athletes.
