Well, a bad day on the water still beats a good day at work, any day of the week! Kris Mabrito and I hit up some of our favorite haunts on the Fox River today. This was the only picture worthy Smallmouth caught. We caught a few but they were all a small. Squarebills and Wakebaits caught them this morning.
Oh…and if anyone is fishing the west side of Montgomery and should happen to stumble upon a small tackle tray full of Squarebills and Wakebaits…well…Merry Christmas 😂 It’s a long story but somewhere on that wade it slipped out of my cargo shorts pocket.
