While we’ve been doing our best to keep up with all of the calls, texts, messages, and emails, through out the day and doing our best to get back to everyone to answer questions, it seems as though there is some miscommunication floating around that we’d like to clear up.

We ARE still offering classes. The schedule is on MINDBODY as usual for you to book your spots.
CLASS TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS
Mon, Tue, Thu: 4:40am, 5:30am, 6:20am, and 4:45PM.
Friday: 4:40am, 5:30am, 6:20am
Saturday: 8am

MEMBERSHIPS
If you are currently set up for auto billing with your membership running the 1st-1st your auto bill will AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE and you will NOT be auto billed the 1st of January. If you would like to attend classes January 1st-15th please contact us via email at [email protected]

If your auto bill period runs the 15th to the 15th your membership will AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE January 15th (our last day).

If you are on one of our alternative memberships with an odd end date and you’d like to continue classes until the end please reach out to us.

To state it again, EVERYONES auto memberships will AUTOMATICALLY cancel. There is no action required on your end.

Dear Bootcamp family,

Lisa and I would first like to thank you for your support of our small family run business over the last decade. Many of you have been with us from the beginning and have become friends rather than clients. We’ve been blessed to watch lifelong friendships form, help clients reach personal goals, celebrate marriages and childbirth, and supported others while they navigated divorces and illnesses. You’ve let us become a part of your family and there are no words to express how much that means to us.

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end and we have made the incredibly difficult decision to end our wonderful journey and close Bootcamp Inc’s doors for good come mid January 2023. This decision was not made lightly but ultimately we have to do what is best for our family.

We hope you’ve enjoyed our time together as much as we have. Our hope is that we not only educated you over the years but also motivated you, instilled confidence, and helped you to see how truly strong and capable you are. It’s been an amazing ride and we appreciate you more than you know.

Please refer to the MINDBODY system for updates to our class schedule as we begin to wind down. We will be sharing an inventory list in the next couple days with prices attached. If you or anyone you know is interested in purchasing any of the equipment please email us at [email protected].

*Tomorrows At Home Workout (if not doing an On Demand video)*

Warm up (30 seconds each, 2 times through)
1. Alternating lunges
2. Tricep Pushups (elbows glued to rib cage)
3. Overhead tricep stretch. One arm reaches overhead like you’re trying to touch your back in between your shoulder blades. Use other hand to push elbow back to intensify stretch.
4. Overhead tricep stretch other arm
5. Jump rope in place (pretend)

Circuit: 5 exercises. You’ll go through the circuit a total of 5 times. Complete exercise 1 for 50 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds and get ready for movement 2. After you complete all 5 movements give yourself 45 seconds-1 min to recover and go through it again.
1. Tricep dips. Put hands on the edge of the couch or stair, or chair with feet on the floor. Bend elbows (aiming them straight behind you) as you lower your body down then press back up. Bent knees with feet closer to you will make it easier, straight legs with feet out away from you will make it harder.
2. Zombie squats. Arms straight out front like a Zombie (hands separate, not clasped together). Then do squats. Keep weight toward heels and knees pushed out on squats and PUSH THAT PACE! High rep! ** for added challenge hold a can of soup in each hand** (yes you read that correctly...soup).
3. Tricep push-ups. Hands chest width, fingers pointed forward, elbows GLUED to ribs. Use knees to modify or you can put your hands on an elevated surface like a couch as well to make it a bit easier. Hold those abs tight!!
4. Straight leg toe touches. Lay on back with legs straight and feet up in the air. Lift shoulders off of the floor as you reach up to try to touch your toes then release back down. Think of pulling belly button toward spin and driving low back down into the ground. * for added challenge hold something heavy in hands.
5. Plank jacks. Can do this from a fully extended plank (hands on floor), or from forearms to modify. Hold plank and jump feet out at the same time then back together. Quick feet! Keep hips level with shoulders. ** for added challenge elevate feet on a stair**

Due to the anticipated extremely icy roads tomorrow followed by “blizzard like conditions”, we’ve made the tough decision to cancel classes. Staff and client safety is our utmost priority.

We will be sharing an at home workout layout via FB and Instagram later tonight, and as always you’re welcome to access our on demand videos via our website. If you’re a current client and need the password for the On demand page please let us know and we’ll PM you.
