We are celebrating a HUGE WIN🏅 here at Whitesboro Firbody Forever.
Marcia started her journey with us in September 2023 and has stayed dedicated to coming in 3 times a week for her 45 minute session.

I QUIT!

Did you know they call January 12th "Quitters Day"? 📅

It's when most people give up on their New Year resolutions.

But rather than giving up on our resolutions…

We decided that we're quitting some other things this year!

Things like…

Quitting the negative self-talk! 🚫
Quitting the comparison game! 📱
Quitting the idea that we have to be perfect to be making progress! ✨

Because we're not here to chase quick fixes or impossible standards! 🏃‍♀️

We're here to build lasting strength, one day at a time!

And we're doing it together! 🤝

So yeah, we're quitting...quitting the things that DON’T serve us!

But giving up on ourselves? That's not in our vocabulary! 💁‍♀️
