Are you a work from home type? Maybe you work nights, “the mids” or third shift? Perhaps the kids are off to school, you’re free most mornings and you need a workout? Or are you looking for a new activity to do? Why not give our Morning Jitz program a try?

Sessions currently run Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00am. Supplement that with our morning 201 classes on Saturdays from 9:15 to 10:15am and you have a winning combination for successful learning and application. It’s a perfect way to begin your day while making yourself just a little bit better in the process. All that’s left to do is bring your coffee ☕️ 😁☀️

AXT JiuJitsu Adult 201 class is into their 3rd week of Tomoe Nage (circle throw) training. This intermediate to advanced throw can be tricky to grasp, but we’re beginning to see some fantastic results from everyone. IPPON!
