It's musical chairs with our yoga teachers this next week! Your usual classes may have a different teacher since some of our team is traveling at the moment. Tonight, Rachel has Candlelight Yoga at 7:15 pm, and tomorrow Michaelyn is taking over the 6 pm FREE class! We have Tom and Kristin subbing this weekend, Angela on Monday and Tom again on Tuesday! Come show our teachers some love. This is a great opportunity to experience yoga with someone new.

Today we honored Memorial Day not only through remembrance, but through presence. Through slowing down enough to reconnect with gratitude, compassion, and the quiet strength of an open heart.

In our heart-opening poses, we practiced softening—not because life is always easy, but because even after grief, challenge, or loss, the heart still has the ability to love, heal, and connect. In yoga, the heart center, Anahata, reminds us that there is a part of us that remains whole beneath it all.

May you carry an openness with you. May you move through the world with softness, more presence, and more gratitude for each moment and the people who make your life meaningful.
