When you’re out to dinner, you don’t have to limit yourself entirely. 🍽️
One of the easiest ways to stay on track is to prioritize protein, enjoy the foods you actually want, and be mindful of portions.
Sharing an entrée or a few sides with your significant other can be a simple way to keep portions reasonable without feeling like you’re missing out. You can still order the tacos, enjoy the appetizer, have the dinner out, and move on.
At Yorktown Fitness, we want healthy eating to fit into your life, not take it over. Consistency matters more than one “perfect” meal. 💪
