This summer, Yorktown Fitness is launching our Summer Slam: Walk to Miami Challenge.

We’re splitting into teams, tracking steps, adding miles through workouts, and racing down the map toward Miami.

Your coach is your captain.
Your team is counting on you.
Your steps matter.
Your workouts matter.
Your Saturday show-ups really matter.

This is your reason to stay consistent through July instead of letting summer completely take over.

This summer, Yorktown Fitness is turning July into a team-based challenge:

Summer Slam: Walk to Miami.

Every step counts.
Every workout counts.
Every Saturday class counts even more.

You’ll be placed on a team with one of our coaches as your captain, and each week we’ll track how far your team gets on the map.

The more you move, the farther your team goes.

And yes — there will be prizes.
And yes — there will be bragging rights.
And yes — your coach will absolutely care if you slack. 😅

WE’RE WALKING TO MIAMI… SORT OF. 🌴👟

This July at Yorktown Fitness, we’re launching our Summer Slam: Walk to Miami Challenge.

Here’s the idea:

Teams.
Coaches as captains.
Steps tracked weekly.
Workouts adding miles.
Saturday classes adding bonus miles.
Prizes.
Relays.
A giant map.
And a race to see which team can get closest to Miami first.

Because apparently just working out wasn’t dramatic enough. 😂

This is your reason to move more, get outside, show up for your team, and make July a little more competitive.

The challenge officially starts July 6th.

SUMMER SLAM IS COMING TO YORKTOWN FITNESS 🔥🏝️

This July, we’re taking on our Walk to Miami Challenge — a team-based summer challenge where your coaches are your captains, your steps count, and the goal is simple:

Can your team make it to Miami first?

We’ll be tracking progress on the whiteboard, moving down the map, adding miles through workouts, and bringing back Saturday 8:30 AM classes for bonus points, relays, themes, prizes, and a little friendly chaos.

This is not just about steps.

It’s about showing up.
Getting outside.
Moving more.
Competing with your team.
And making July feel like something you actually want to be part of.
