Austin is an ISSA-certified Strength Coach specializing in strength development, injury prevention, and functional training. He attended SUNY Brockport and has spent years developing his coaching skills while helping clients build strength, improve mobility, lose weight, and stay active without pain.

Austin is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence through safe, effective training. His focus on proper movement, long-term health, and individualized coaching makes him a great addition to our team and our mission of helping adults stay independent and active for life.

When you see Austin around the studio, be sure to introduce yourself and give him a warm welcome!
