Hands “Playing tricks on you”? It’s as “EASY” as this! Roll a towel , find a ball , use a headcover stuffed with a towel, and place in between your forearms. This will eliminate your hand involvement and focus more on your core and shoulder rotation away and through impact area.

One of the greatest issues with golfers today is maintaining proper arm structure in relationship to their chest. Initial handsy and quick take aways and the difficulty of finding the proper sequential motion to recover result in erratic ball contact and flight. Test yourself by rolling up a towel , or finding a ball or sponge to hold in between your forearms. Start with chip shots and work up to full swings concentrating on your shoulder and chest involvement and relax the need for your hands to get involved.
