Check out our January Group Fitness Schedule!! 💪💪

A few changes:

⭐Added: a short 15 minute stretch class Sunday mornings at 8:45am with Brooke right before Strength Training!

⭐Time Change: Tuesday evening BODYPUMP w/ Katie will now begin at 5:30pm instead of 6pm

⭐Class Change: Sunday 10am BODYBALANCE will be a rotation between BODYBALANCE and PiYo, with rotating teachers Kerry and Lori. Kerry will teach this Sunday 01/07 and Lori will teach 01/14 and they will continue to rotate for a few months

⭐Canceled: Pound on Tuesday nights
