The challenge is conducted in a private group where participants can ask questions, share experiences, receive support, and learn from others who are on a similar journey.

All videos are pre-recorded, so there are no scheduled class times. You can watch the videos and review the educational content whenever it’s convenient for you. All important posts and videos are organized so they’re easy to find and revisit throughout the challenge.

The goal is not to force anyone to become a fruitarian. The goal is to educate, support, and help people make informed decisions about their health while learning practical strategies they can continue using long after the challenge is over.

One of the things I’ve learned over the years is that true transformation starts in the mind long before it shows up in the body.

A close friend of mine, Lawrence Barber, has written a fantastic book called Inspirational Messages That Will Turn Your Low Points Into Launchpads. It’s packed with powerful, thought-provoking messages that make you stop and reflect on your life, your habits, and the direction you’re heading.

I randomly opened the book today and landed on these messages:

βœ… β€œExercise is the most underutilized antidepressant, and food is the most abused drug.”

βœ… β€œYou can still ignite your purpose at any age.”

βœ… β€œDon’t let yesterday take up too much of your today.”

Those three quotes alone are a reminder that no matter where you are right now, you have the ability to make a different choice, create new habits, and move your life in a better direction.

At 62 years old, I can honestly say that age is never the barrier. Mindset is.

πŸ₯­ONE MEAL A DAY β€” WHAT WORKS FOR ME πŸ₯­

People often ask me how I can eat just one meal a day and still have the energy to exercise, work, and stay active.

The answer is simple: it works for me.

Right now, my one meal consists of Haden mangoes, and I feel great. I have plenty of energy, good stamina, mental clarity, and I’m able to maintain a very active lifestyle.

πŸ’ͺ🏾 I exercise regularly.
πŸšΆπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ I stay active throughout the day.
πŸ”₯ I have the energy to do the things I enjoy.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that everyone is different. What works for me may not work for everyone, but I’ve found that keeping things simple allows me to listen to my body and eat when I’m truly hungry.

I don’t spend my day thinking about food. Instead, I focus on living my life, staying active, and being consistent.

The goal isn’t to copy exactly what I do. The goal is to find a lifestyle that helps you feel your best and that you can maintain long term.

For me, one meal a day of mangoes is providing the energy, stamina, and satisfaction I need to thrive. πŸ₯­πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ‰

At 62 years old, I’m still going strong, and I’m grateful every day for the health and vitality I experience.
