A successful day at the Controlled Combat Tournament in Maryland!😤🥳
Many of our students stepped into the deep waters of competing for the first time, and some returned to get the gold!🥇🏆
We are so proud of our competitors for their performance today.
Let’s be clear - competing is not easy. There is doubt, tears, sweat, pain, anxiety, fear and mental blocks. These are all of the things that competitors battle before they even step foot on the mat.
We don’t do it because it is easy, we do it because the fighter in us knows that quitting was never an option.

Congratulations to all of our competitors! And a huge thank you to the friends and family who came out to support them.

We are back in the gym this Monday at 6pm!
