2026 Loading....

After a successful 2025 campaign, which saw the Bob in the 61 snag a win and 4th in points @ BAPS..and Scott wheel the 3g to his 1st career heat win, a 6th in BAPS points and 10th in Path Valley points (even with missing a show), the team gearing up to get back after it in 2026.
We'd like to welcome some new friends to team and thank everyone who has helped up get these cars ready! Bob, Josh, Scott, Larry, Brian, Chad, Patti, Dale, Vicki, and all our sponsors and resources!

I was really hoping to get some nice pics outside, but waiting on a few odds and ends to get them out...

Mother nature looks to finally be cooperating for a stacked weekend of racing!!! Saturday, we are planning a "Divide and conquer" approach with Bob and the 61 racing at BAPS for the extreme stock race...while Scott and the 3g make their way to Path Valley for the 1st legend event of the season there. But, this is after we make the trek up to Williams Grove Friday evening, when yours truly, will hop behind the wheel for the 1st time in the 61, with some big tires and go have some fun! Appreciate everyone who helps and supports all these crazy ideas!!!

Thanks to Chad Earnst for the tires and Lawrence Flynn for the great deal on some wheels to make it all happen🏁🏁🏁

Some Miller Family Racing updates!

Last weekend, we took the legend to BAPS with Scott Montgomery for the 1st race of the season there. He went 5th to 3rd in heat, locking into the feature. In the feature, he was able to finish a very solid 12th for our 1st race of the season.

Wednesday, we took both cars to Test and tune with successful results.

Saturday, we loaded up the extreme stock and headed to BAPS for our debut with "Have helmet, will travel" Bob Stough. Made a few changes after warm ups and went 3rd to 2nd in heat. Started 5th and ended up 7th when the flag flew.

Overall, it's been a crazy few weeks around here! This time last week, Bob, Josh, and I had the complete front of the extreme stock engine apart after finding a problem. I appreciate all their support in making all this happen. It takes a team for sure.

Congrats to the Ott team on the win at Wi******er last night.

Both cars will be parked this weekend as we gear up for what could be a busy April, with possibly 6-8 races between the 2 cars

Twice the fun in 2025!

Racing season is here! We've been hard at work re-doing the shop, stocking up on things and preparing for the season!

Not only have we prepared the MFR/GSD 3G legend car for our driver Scott Montgomery, the fellas and I have been busy building a new body for the 2nd hot rod..big car things as well this season as we go back to our stock car roots. We purchased an extreme stock and have been making it our own for Bob Stough to hold the wheel for us

I can't thank all our partners who believe in us and got us to this point. The inner kid in me is beyond stoked to be doing this!

A few punch lists items, then it's off to some test and tunes for these hot rods 🏁

Weather pending, we are planning to break out the GSD 3g again this weekend and race with the Central PA Legends at Lincoln Speedway! It's Gene Latta Ford night as well! Can't thank GSD, MFR 61, Gene Latta Ford, and all our sponsors and supporters.

There's going to be some very upset people in West Virgina when they realize that neither "Super Mario Schrum" or "THE Scott Montgomery " aren't going to behind this hot rod this weekend. Thanks to everyone involved in making this Summit Point weekend happen and my GSD teammates for all lending a hand to switch this piece over from dirt. Let's go road racing 🤙

Ventured to Lincoln Speedway last night with Team GSD. New format, where the top 16 from hot laps were automatically locked into the feature. I went out in group 2 of 5, was 2nd quick of the 8 in my group (5th overall at that time). After the last group had completed, we were knocked off the big board..but locked in with 11th quick overall out of 41 cars!!!! Jeremy locked the 1g in 4th overall, and Josh lost the tie breaker for 16th. He would start on pole of consi 1 and win to put all 3 cars into the feature. I started 11th and was running a solid 12th-13th most of the race until contact from behind spun me in turn 4 and knocked off my bumper. Credited with p26. Disappointed in the end result as we he our best ever run going at Lincoln. I'm so proud of my team and beyond thankful to get to wheel this hot rod🏁 Big thanks to Shawn and Tobie Groft for the opportunity to be a part of the team and run their equipment, Josh Schrum and Chad Earnst for all their effort and time in these cars, Patti for being on board with this and doing whatever she can to help ( as long as I save her date night), Mom and Dad for always being there and doing whatever they can to help myself (and the team), and all my friends, family, and sponsors who cheer for me at the track or from their couches!

Race day Path Valley Speedway Park with GSD Racing. The only thing hotter than the temperature outside today is going to be these Scott Montgomery hero cards! Yes, he will be signing autographs...no I don't believe he will be charging for them. However, I can't confirm or deny there is a line formed at the track already to meet him. Have a great Saturday everyone and try to stay cool!
