This program is 5 weeks long. *We will warm up with a 5-min dynamic routine, EVERYDAY.

NEXT we have 3 weight training blocks, straight forward. The splits are muscle focused and we will have STRENGTH PRs

FINISH with MID-SHORT distance (records) cardio to increase endurance. 5 min block.

Lost over 30lbs, muscle mass has gone up, body fat has gone down. Overall better health mentally and physically
