I have been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching for 7 years. Teaching is my passion and I love to introduce new people to this form of exercise. On the personal training side, each workout is structured around the needs of the client. The sessions include a combination of strength training, cardio, plyometrics and stretching. Incorporated are the TRX system, Bosu, Ball, Bands and other small equipment. I love motivating my clients and seeing their excitement when they reach their goals! I have been working out my whole life, an athlete from the beginning. Training is a passion for me and I love motivating people and pushing them to reach their goals.
