ANIMALS MMA YONKERS July 4th schedule.
We will have an open mat at 10am then we are closed for the day. All other classes are on as scheduled.

Important post. We're very concerned about what's going on with this very strong flu this year. I know several people that were hospitalised for over 2 weeks because of it and we all see how dangerous it is for children and the immune compromised. PLEASE, if you are not feeling well, don't brush it off and DON'T come train. We have children and due to the nature of our sport (close contact) we cannot take any chances. If you're over the weather, go immediately to the Dr. We disinfect the academy and our equipment Daily , but there is only so much we can do.. Thank you for all of us at ANIMALS MMA..

Life is all about balance.. Learning how to juggle family ,work and leisure. Balancing your emotions, your physical and mental. Balancing the good and the bad. That goes for Jiu-Jitsu also. Learning how to balance your speed, strength, leverage and technique. To me this is what defines a Martial Artist . Finding balance in all areas of life.
