PCS Fall Training Schedule Update

Dear Parents,

The fall schedule being shared is still subject to change. We will finalize the regular class schedule after school begins and we have a better understanding of everyone’s school and activity schedules.

Based on requests from several parents, we have included Saturday Team Training at 11:00 AM for now.

Please note that after September 13, the Team Training schedule may change. Updated team practices and training times will be posted separately once they are finalized.

Thank you for your patience and feedback as we work to create a schedule that works best for our students and families.

🥋⚖️ Congratulations to our very own Senpai Sasha Rodriguez!

Sasha has been selected as a 2L Flex Representative for the Student Bar Association at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University for 2026–2027.

A Pan American Games karate gold medalist and former member of the Dominican Republic National Team, Sasha continues to demonstrate the same discipline, leadership, and determination in the classroom that she has always shown on the tatami.

We are extremely proud of you, Senpai Sasha! Your journey is an inspiration to our entire martial arts family. Keep breaking barriers and leading the way!

🎉 30 YEARS OF PROFORMANCE COMBAT SPORTS CENTER 🎉

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone — 30 years of teaching, coaching, mentoring, and building a family through martial arts.

From our very first students to the families and athletes who are with us today, thank you for your trust, loyalty, and support throughout the years. What began as a dream has grown into a community built on respect, discipline, friendship, perseverance, and personal growth.

A special thank you to all of our students, parents, instructors, friends, and supporters who have helped make this journey possible. Your dedication and belief in our mission have allowed us to impact generations of families and young people.

Looking at these photos reminds me that our dojo has always been about more than martial arts — it is about family, community, and helping each other become the best versions of ourselves.

As we celebrate 30 years, we are excited for the future and all that is still to come. May we continue to grow, inspire, and serve our community for another 40 years and beyond.
