The countdown is on for an exciting Fall 2026 season of Lansdowne Youth Rugby! We’re kicking things off with a very special Munster Rugby training session before our full fall youth program gets underway.

The new home of Lansdowne RFC New York Youth Rugby is officially LIVE — and registration is now open for two huge opportunities this Fall! ☘️

🔴 MUNSTER RUGBY TRAINING SESSION — FREE
Join us at Tibbetts Brook Park on Tuesday, September 8 from 5:30–7:00 PM for a special Munster Rugby x Lansdowne RFC NY evening featuring Paul O’Connell, former Munster & Ireland captain, alongside current Munster players and coaches.

Young players will get the chance to learn, take part in skills and fun activities, meet a rugby legend, grab some photos, and make memories on the pitch. Players, families & friends are all welcome!

🏉 FALL 2026 YOUTH RUGBY — $75

It’s a new era at Lansdowne RFC NY.

We’re delighted to welcome Kevin Morgan as our new Head Coach. Kevin brings a wealth of experience, a hands-on approach to coaching and mentorship, and a strong familiarity with the rugby talent across Westchester and The Bronx. We believe he’s the right person to help lead us into what should be an exciting new chapter for the club.

Every club goes through cycles, and Lansdowne is no different. We’ve always been a working-class club, built on the commitment of our members, the support of our sponsors, and the strength of our community. Over the years, we’ve had some incredible groups of players who won trophies and competed for titles at the highest level.

Now it’s time to build the next one.

We’re entering a new stage as a club, developing the next core of players who will carry Lansdowne forward — and we hope you’ll be part of it.

Whether you’re an experienced player, returning to the game, or looking for a new club, come down and get involved.

🚨 HEAD COACH ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Lansdowne Rugby Football Club New York is proud to announce Kevin Morgan as our new Head Coach.

Morgan brings more than 25 years of rugby experience to Lansdowne as a player, captain, coach and player-development specialist. A former openside flanker and co-captain at Iona College, Morgan has also represented White Plains RFC, NYAC and Lansdowne before returning to Iona as a coach and player-development specialist.

Now, he returns to Lansdowne with a clear mission: build back the culture.

Morgan wants Lansdowne playing free-flowing, wide-open and unselfish rugby, while creating a team built around one of the most important principles in the sport — support.

“Rugby is one of the last true team sports.”

For Morgan, that means playing for the person next to you, developing together and building friendships that last well beyond the final whistle.

With Fall 2026 approaching, a new chapter begins for Lansdowne Rugby. ☘️🏉
