What we eat affects how we think on a daily, so remember to fuel your body with the proper nutrients that will ensure a prosperous day.
Here is how i start my Mornings
BREAKFAST- 3 Whole eggs, mixed with Red Bell peppers, Spinach and chopped red Onions. You want to ensure that every meal has rich vitamins(mostly found in the vegetables we eat). Have yourself a glass of water( Instantly after you wake up).
And Dont forget your small portion of fruits. Personally I enjoy Black berries mixed with Chovani Greek Yogurt with some Paello Granola.
Lunch- There are many Diet plans out there but for the sake of Health Ill stick to a neutral plan for this post.
-Whole Grain rice is a must(The fiber in this rice, also called brown rice, is a INSOLUBLE Fiber which helps move food thru the digestive tract and helps with bowel movements)
Have yourself a mix of greens(kale, brussel sprouts ,green beans, spinach)
and the part everybody loves PROTEIN(Eggs, fish, chicken, and even red meats like pork chops, Steak, but should be avoided if H.B.P is an issue in your life)
Dinner varies on many people since everyone has different times they finish work but a copy of the lunch meal applies to dinner as well.
Keep In Mind as you most likely already know Eating is the Biggest Challenge of getting in shape. We live in a country where we have access to all types of foods 24/7. Its always easier to say "Ill Start Tomorrow". Well Today never ends, remember that. Change happens Today. Every Meal is a choice that will Impact you in the upcoming days. Make yourself proud and build a Habit that will impact your life for the better.
AHHHH And Never forget your daily WATER Intake. 5-8 water bottles a day.
