Wellness Center at Antioch College

Wellness Center at Antioch College Pool, Exercise classes, Fitness Center, Gymnasium, Racquetball Courts, Multipurpose spaces, Tennis c Day passes and memberships available.

The newly renovated 44,000-square-foot Wellness Center is a place for the College and the community to come together to focus on fitness and health. Spacious and filled with natural light, the Center is designed to preserve historic architectural elements while incorporating modern amenities. It embraces Antioch College's vision of sustainability by meeting LEED standards. We will offer a wide range of programs such as, group fitness classes; spin, Zumba, dance, cardio, mind/body classes; meditation, martial arts and yoga, intramural and club sports, educational programing, outdoor expeditions, aquatic fitness, swimming and tennis lessons, personal training and much more. Child-care and programing for children will be available certain hours.

🎭 Summer Arts Institute: July 26 - August 1
✨ Myths Magic and Folklore thru Clay and the Creative Spirit

This week-long folklore-based mixed-media figure making workshop for adults will focus on developing your own character(s) from folklore, mythology, or family history. Materials, lodging, daily yoga, breakfast and lunch, and access to the Antioch College Wellness Center included.

The workshop will be focused on making small mixed-medium figures like dolls, puppets or sculptures, with hands, feet and faces made from clay. The glazed, fired and assembled pieces will be shown in the Antioch College Herndon Gallery on Friday evening, July 31st.
