I want to share a quick story about one of our clients, Barbara.

Maybe 8 years ago she moved farther away from Shelby Trained - like across half the country.
Like most people would, she tried finding gyms and trainers to keep up with her routine.

It failed.
Multiple times.

In fact, Barbara ended up passing over the in-person trainers in her city to have us program for her and guide her from over 1,000 miles away.

Fast forward to a couple of years ago, and guess what - Barbara came back - in person.
Now, I wish I could say it was a 5-minute commute, or even a 15 minute commute. But it’s not, it’s 2 hours.
