Looking to stay active this summer? Want to build strength, speed, confidence, and athleticism before your next sports season?
Our Teen Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is designed for middle and high school athletes who want to train with purpose, learn proper movement mechanics, and develop the strength and conditioning foundation that translates to success on and off the field, court, track, or ice.
Over the course of the summer, athletes will work on:
✅ Strength training fundamentals
✅ Speed, agility, and power development
✅ Injury prevention and movement quality
✅ Conditioning and work capacity
✅ Building confidence in the gym
📅 Dates: June 22 – August 12
🕒 Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays | 3:00–4:00 PM
💲 Cost:
• $329 for all 8 weeks (save $70!)
• $50 per week
