On our final day of the school year, we held our annual Awards Day and recognized so many great accomplishments and celebrated another terrific school year! We look forward to celebrating our Class of 2026 at Commencement tomorrow!

Exciting week ahead packed with senior night games, school events, and our first playoff action of the spring as we approach the weekend! Good luck to all of our teams this week!

🎾 Varsity Boys & Girls Tennis will begin their tournament play later in the week, details TBD! Once brackets finalize, keep an eye out for playoff information!

🏃🏃‍♀️ Varsity Outdoor Track & Field heads to Lake Region Saturday morning for the WMC Championships!! Good luck!

🔸 Join us on Saturday, 5/30 as we welcome back our alumni for an action-packed day on campus! We will host a varsity lacrosse doubleheader, softball game, and potentially two playoff tennis matches!! Come join us for a fun Saturday at NYA!

Tonight we recognized five members of our Class of 2026 who will be continuing their academic and athletic careers at the NCAA level next year. We are incredibly proud of these five student-athletes and the impact they have had on the NYA community! Congratulations to all of you, your families, and coaches! Thank you to all that could join us to celebrate this special group of student-athletes!

Beyond the successes of our teams this past week, we would like to give BIG SHOUTOUTS to three deserving student-athletes:

🥍 Congratulations to ‘26 Gavin T. on scoring his 100th career varsity lacrosse goal at NYA!! Gavin scored his 100th goal in the team’s 13-5 win at Oak Hill on Friday night. Gavin has been an instrumental member of our varsity boys lacrosse program over four years, including scoring five goals in the program’s state championship victory last spring! Congratulations, Gavin!

🥎 Congratulations to ‘26 Jordan N. on surpassing 100 career hits with our varsity softball program! Jordan has been a force in the field and at the plate during her high school career at NYA, which includes two state championships with our softball program and several all-conference recognitions! Congratulations, Jordan!

🥎 Congratulations to ‘26 Cami C. on hitting her first career home run at NYA in the team’s win over Carrabec last Friday! Cami has been a dominant catcher and consistent force in the lineup for the Panthers over her time at NYA, helping the program to two state championships. Congratulations, Cami!
