Ok, ladies and some of you guys know about moisturizing right? Keeps the face all tight and clean, no wrinkles and crows feet. You should do the same for your cutting blocks, boards and knives with wood handles. Helps keep the laminates from breaking apart and prevents them from drying out, just like the beauty industry warns us. 😉
So, if you've got some free time on this beautiful snow day, you're not working remotely and you have a bottle of wood moisturizing that you bought two years ago from a kitchen store in Vermont and never got around to using, now just might be the day folks. Cheers!

Looks like we're getting another couple of storms between Wednesday and Sunday/Monday. So you're probably going to be inside carving(not snow) cutting and cooking. Time to get those knives sharpened! PM if/when you'd like to drop off. Stay warm everyone!!!
