It’s about the long game.
What I wish I people understood a little more is it isn’t about going from 0-100.
Everything is about building habits.
Just start with ONE thing… get good at it and consistent with it then add on another piece of the puzzle.
Too many times I see women try to do it ALL at one time ( for some this works) not for many. It’s almost as if you want to set yourself to fail.
What if you just started with one thing
- walking
- 30 min workout
- eating breakfast
- so many more
Start with one thing do it for awhile to prove to YOURSELF you are capable. Then add another one on
