What an incredible week!

We want to say a huge thank you to Changing Pointe Church and C4 NexGen for inviting OneNorth Health & Fitness Cardio Kickboxing to be part of this year’s Kids Camp.

It was such a joy to spend time with the kids each day, helping them learn about health, fitness, movement, and some basic karate skills. More than anything, we loved seeing their smiles, hearing their laughter, and watching them grow in confidence as they challenged themselves to try something new.

The future is bright because of young people like these! Their energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn made every session a blast.

Thank you to the amazing leaders, volunteers, parents, and campers who made this week so special. We are grateful for the opportunity to encourage and invest in the next generation.

We had a fantastic time and can’t wait for the opportunity to serve alongside you again!

🔥 DAY 17 OF THE 28-DAY CHALLENGE 🔥

We are officially past the halfway point, and this is where champions are made! 💪

This morning, during our run, my wife took a hard fall and injured her knee and wrist. It was a reminder that this journey isn’t about perfection—it’s about perseverance.

Sometimes we stumble.
Sometimes we get hurt.
Sometimes things don’t go according to plan.

But champions aren’t defined by never falling. They’re defined by getting back up and continuing forward.

Anyone can start strong, but not everyone has the discipline to keep going when they’re tired, sore, busy, distracted, or facing setbacks. Day 17 is a reminder that true leadership isn’t about position—it’s about sacrifice. True influence isn’t about recognition—it’s about serving others.

Every workout, every prayer, every healthy choice, and every act of obedience is building something greater than muscles. You’re building character, discipline, resilience, and a legacy that others can follow.

If you’ve missed a day, keep going.
If you’re sore, keep going.
If you’ve stumbled, keep going.

The finish line is getting closer, and the person you’re becoming is worth the effort.

Keep showing up.
Keep pushing forward.
Keep taking courage.

🔥⚔️ DAY 16 OF 28 — RECOVERY IS NOT QUITTING, IT’S PREPARING! ⚔️🔥

Congratulations! You have made it past the halfway point of the challenge! 💪

Today is a reminder that growth doesn’t only happen during the hard workouts. Sometimes the greatest progress comes during moments of reflection, recovery, and renewal. Rest is not weakness. Recovery is not laziness. It is preparation for what God has ahead.

Just as our bodies need time to recover, our hearts and minds need time in God’s Word. Today, slow down, listen, reflect, and allow God to strengthen you from the inside out.
