A boutique gym that supplies dynamic training programs for every client that joins. Your program is updated every 6 weeks by a trainer for no additional cost. You are guided through a exercise routine and supplied with a booklet that includes pictures of your exercises. No other facility in town provides this type of service for it's gym members. We also offer affordable, highly effective persona

l training sessions and small group exercise classes. We have 8 Trx stations in our class studio as well. Our approach is unique yet based on solid exercise science research. All exercise programs need to include components of weight training, cardio intervals, flexibility training, balance work, core training, anaerobic training and power. We tailor our approach to all age groups and all exercise levels. We train young athletes of all sports as well as the aging population for strength and fall prevention.

Ok all, the No time to kill Core class is ready for sign ups. Class starts June 9th. Each class is for 9 people. You either chose the 7 and or the 4PM. 6 weeks for $120 that’s only $10.00 per class. However with that said some people want to start my class next week. If I can get enough DMs requesting to start next week I will move up the start dates.

If you’re a woman over 40 and you are having issues with your shoulder , your hip or your knees. Come and give NTK class a try. I take a physical therapy approach into all the training sessions. I programmed for our No Time To Kill class. You will be challenged I make modifications for current injuries, amber limitations. I work you into the reps of the classes working on overtime. Give us a try you’ll have fun.
