❄️ Ice season is almost here, and Youth Learn to Skate registration is still open! Have a kiddo interested in skating or hockey? This program is perfect for them. With multiple skill levels, awesome coaches, and a fun-focused atmosphere, LTS is the best way to burn energy while learning the fundamentals of skating and hockey.

Registration fees include gear rental, and a jersey you get to keep.

Our local hockey association is raising money to keep hockey in Yakima, with the hopes of building a new rink one day.

The Marathon of Hockey Madness tournament at the Yakima Ice Rink never disappoints. This year we had two Bale Breaker teams and BBHC Dormancy took 2nd place! Thanks Savannah Pierone for another excellent tournament. And thanks to Bale Breaker Brewing Company for an awesome set of jerseys and all the support!!

The Yakima Ice Rink is one of the best real barns left in this country. It would be devastating to see it sold and torn down. The youth association is working to raise funds to purchase the rink.

We had a great weekend at the Bellingham Brew Cup. Thanks to Samantha Wisner for running an excellent tournament. And thanks to Bale Breaker for supporting us with some great uniforms and plenty of brews to drink and share!

The Yakima Ice Rink is a gem. If you’ve never played in a tournament there, you absolutely need to check it out.
