Flip-Flop & Fly Gymnastics closed their doors on 11/1/17. If you want a great place for your child to learn gymnastics, go to Oldtown Gymnastics! The program is great and worth the short drive. The teacher student ratio is great. Each child has their individualized attention.

Flip-Flop & Fly has closed. I do want to thank everybody for your support for the past 10 years. It has been wonderful watching your children grow and chase their dreams. If you are looking for a great place for your child to learn gymnastics, and much more call Dawn at 335-681-1599. It is Old Town Gymnastics located at 3800 Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem. We share a lot of the same philosophy's and the teacher per child ratio is excellent. I do teach there on Wednesday nights.

We have a lot of exciting things coming up! Karate International will be starting classes at the Flip-Flop & Fly location in March. In September we are happy to welcome Sharon's School of Dance. Sharon was a former Dallas Cowboy's Cheerleader, and her daughter was a 2014 Carolina Panther's Cheerleader. We will be announcing Summer Camps for this summer shortly, so stay tuned.
