Free Wednesdays are back at the Y! Every Wednesday in June, the YMCA of Greater Dayton is opening our doors to the community for FREE at any of our 14 locations.

Stop by your local Y to work out, take a swim, try a group exercise class, shoot hoops or see what the Y is all about.

The coolest Health and Wellness Director just gave an awesome presentation at Xenia Rotary! She taught everyone about Rocksteady Boxing and the importance of exercise for Parkinson’s patients.

🏀 Summer Basketball registration has been extended! The Xenia YMCA is looking for a few more players to help complete our summer basketball league rosters.

Open to ages 3–18, including high school seniors, this is a great opportunity for kids and teens to stay active, build skills, make friends and have fun on the court this summer!
