Our previously scheduled “Fieldwork Day” for tomorrow at Evans Acres Sports Park is being, tentatively, rescheduled for next Saturday due to the rainy forecast in place for tomorrow. We will have further updated details shared this coming week.

Hello Xenia families, we just received confirmation with the Xenia YMCA that we are cleared to use their conference room for our final fitting & payment collection event this Thursday from 5-7pm.

Please make arrangements to stop in to get your final details wrapped up so we are ready to order uniforms and get teams finalized for practices to begin.

Hello Evans Acres Youth Sports League families, we are happy to have each of you joining us for the upcoming baseball season at Evans Acres. We will be holding our uniform fitting and payment collection event this Sunday March 29th from 11am - 2pm, in the Blazin Room located in the back of the store, at the Buffalo Wild Wings location at the Town & Country shopping Center in Kettering, Ohio.

Food will be provided for those attending the event and BW-3’s staff will be available for any other food or drink needs you may be interested in. We will have jerseys and pants available for sizing, if necessary, and payments will be accepted by cash or card. If you still need to register for the league you can do so at the attached link here, or in person on Sunday as well. We look forward to meeting everyone and getting things kicked off for a great season. ⚾️❤️

Evans Acres Youth Spots League will have registration opening this weekend for kids to play in Xenia, at Evans Acres Park, with no need to go outside of the community. The SDBL league which includes multiple communities in the surrounding area just had their initial meeting on, January 9th, and has another meeting set for this Monday to finalize details, that is the only thing we have been waiting for. If we can get people to stay in Xenia we can establish a great league and have an amazing Baseball / Softball experience for everyone in the Xenia area. 🙏🏼❤️

Evans Acres Youth Sports League is happy to announce registration for the upcoming 2026 Spring season is now open for Girl’s Fastpitch Softball.

We are extremely excited to partner with the Greene County Recreation League for the upcoming season, an arrangement that will ensure our girls have a complete number of games scheduled and will experience a full 2026 season of softball this Spring.

Our Baseball Registration details will be released later this week, we are finalizing scheduling arrangents and final details with surrounding communities to ensure we have a solid agreement in place to allow our Xenia youth athletes the best experience we possibly can.

Please find the Softball Registration link attached to this message, when you register through the link please be sure you include XENIA under “City”, this will ensure our girls are grouped together correctly. We will have our Baseball registration details available for everyone this coming weekend.
