As we celebrate a whole year of yoga together, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what this past year has meant to our community. 🐘✨

The next time you’re in the studio, grab a sticky note and answer:

“What has this past year of yoga meant to you?”

Maybe you found strength you didn’t know you had. Maybe you learned to slow down, breathe, feel more at home in your body, or simply found a place to belong. 🌿

Write as much or as little as you’d like and add it to our board. We can’t wait to watch it fill up with YOUR words. 💛

Our Wednesday night Flow is growing! 🌿

This class is becoming a little less beginner-focused as we start working toward more challenging poses, transitions, and variations.

Level 1 & Level 2 yogis are welcome! 🧘‍♀️ Some familiarity with basic yoga poses and flows is recommended, but as always, you’re encouraged to move at your own pace and choose the options that work best for you.

Come ready to move, explore, and challenge yourself! 💛
